Follaton House

EX2 carried out the electrical works associated with the refurbishment of existing office accommodation and reception areas at Follaton House, creating a bright, vibrant, and welcoming space.

The remaining areas of the building continued to be occupied during the works, so it was important to carry out essential infrastructure upgrade works without disrupting the occupants.

After demonstrating our ability to work within occupied areas with minimal disruption, we went on to replace the entire site’s fire alarm system to the client’s satisfaction.
