A new-build hub for marine businesses in Plymouth, we supported Oceansgate in creating Phase One of the site’s new office and industrial space providing Solar PV, EV charging, mains distribution and other works.
The project required us to carry out work on a three-storey office and two single-storey industrial terraces, arranged in parallel rows. The buildings now offer nearly 3,000m² of office and industrial space with provision for up to 21 businesses.
Endeavour House consists of 12 office suites and Endurance Court has 14 Industrial units, each with their own parking spaces.
We fitted a PV array to the roof of the office, with an estimated annual generation of 19,616.00kWh and a declared net capacity of 20.00kWh.
With exposed services, the project demanded a high-quality installation which EX2 delivered throughout.
