Welcome to our new Electrical Contracts Manager

EX2 Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Dane Cowell as Electrical Contracts Manager, further strengthening the Group’s delivery capability as demand continues to grow across public and private sector estates.

Dane joins EX2 Group from a tier one contractor, bringing extensive hands-on and management experience across the full project lifecycle. In his new role, Dane will be responsible for overseeing electrical contracts from project inception through to completion, ensuring programmes are delivered safely, on time and to the required standards.

Working closely with project managers, site teams and key clients, Dane will play a central role in project planning, coordination and delivery, supporting EX2 Group’s commitment to quality, compliance and reliable outcomes.

Dane’s career began as an apprentice electrician, progressing through site roles including electrician and foreman before moving into project engineering and ultimately contract management. This practical grounding gives him a strong understanding of site delivery, commercial pressures and client expectations, particularly within complex and regulated environments.
