Cliff Hill ECFC Training Ground – Solar

Eco-Tech

Project Overview

Our Eco-Tech division designed and fitted a 108-panel solar PV system at the Exeter City Football Club's training ground at Cliff Hill.

The solar power system will generate more than 40MWh each year and save 9 tonnes of carbon emissions - that’s equivalent to planting 415 trees annually.

By powering this site with renewable energy, the club is showing their commitment to their net zero goals and local community.

The solar energy system included the fitting of panels across the flat roof, with the system designed for the buildings specific requirements.  The building's facilities manager can monitor the energy generated and stored by the system in real time using an online monitoring portal.
