Project Overview
EX2 carried out the mechanical and electrical services to the new teaching block at Sidmouth College.
The building is provided with natural ventilation, underfloor heating and a high-efficiency boiler. Coupled with high-efficiency lighting, these additions create an energy-efficient space all year round.
The renovations ensure that the building provides the college’s students and staff with a first-class environment to work within.
