This project was driven by the urgent need to meet carbon reduction targets and align with wider sustainability goals.
A full M&E overhaul, removing legacy infrastructure and installing high-efficiency air source heat pumps, heat recovery ventilation, fully electric systems, and LED lighting throughout. This approach significantly reduces the building’s carbon footprint and future energy demand.
