Martyn has held positions in Estimating, Project Management and various Senior Management roles for both local and national M&E contractors. He is a competent and credible manager with a proven track record in building services engineering. Martyn has experience in managing projects to the value of £1.5m across a range of market sectors.

As Managing Director at EX2, Martyn is focused on ensuring that we continue to develop our client-focused ethos. With his guidance, we can continue developing the business sustainably, delivering projects on time, to a high standard and within agreed budgets.

James entered the electrical industry as an apprentice. Having completed his apprenticeship, he quickly gained his Approved Electrician grading and successfully ran several high-profile projects.

He then went on to work as a Site Supervisor for a national contractor on a multi-million-pound new hospital project before launching EX2 in March 2010.

James is an authorised person for low voltage systems and is responsible for the business’ NICEIC accreditation.
