The works at Exeter City Football Club’s, St James Park included the construction of new changing rooms, refreshment facilities, toilet blocks and a 1600 seat grandstand with spectator facilities.

The development consisted of five spacious units, together with ancillary facilities, car parking and a service yard.

After a fire devastated the nightclub a full refurbishment was required to enable the club to be restored to its former glory.
