Taw View offices – Barnstaple

Over a 20-week period, we helped refurbish Taw View Offices in Barnstaple, creating a more effective internal layout. The building’s new floorplan includes two open-plan offices on the first and second floors, with meeting rooms, break-out spaces, audio booths and standing desks.

The ground floor now consists of reception and FM offices, a café, meeting rooms and other ancillary spaces.

Where possible, we incorporated sustainable measures into the design. We included highly-efficient heat recovery ventilation, luminaires and controls, and a Building Management System to ensure operations going forward are as energy-efficient and comfortable as possible for the building’s occupants.
