Martyn Beale

Martyn has held positions in Estimating, Project management and various Senior management roles for both local and national M&E contractors. A competent and credible manager with a proven track record in building services engineering. Martyn has experience of managing projects to the value of £1.5m across a range of market sectors.

Martyn is focused on ensuring that we continue to develop our client focused ethos and with developing the business sustainably so that our projects continue to be delivered on time to a high standard and within agreed budgets.

James Freemantle

James entered the electrical industry as an apprentice and having completed his apprenticeship quickly gained his Approved Electrician grading and went on to run several high-profile projects.

He then when on to work as a site supervisor for a national contractor on a multi-million-pound new hospital project before launching EX2 in March 2010.

James is an authorised person for low voltage systems and is responsible for the businesses NICEIC accreditation. 

Wayne Botting

Wayne entered the industry at the age of 21 and started his apprenticeship. Having completed his apprenticeship, he progressed to Approved Electrician before moving on to hold various supervisor and site management positions. Wayne has a broad range of experience in the electrical industry from care homes and managed apartments through to commercial developments and educational buildings.

Wayne heads our Estimating department ensuring that we submit accurate tender submissions.
